Charissa Duffy

Charissa graduated with a degree in law in 2011 and then worked in business before coming to family law in 2014. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx) as a Chartered Legal Executive Lawyer. Charissa advises on all aspects of family law work including separation, divorce, financial settlements and pre and post-marital arrangements for both overseas and local high-net-worth individuals, including complex financial structures. Charissa has experience in public childcare issues as well as private child arrangement disputes including relocation within the jurisdiction and internationally, and child abduction. Charissa advises on matters in the High Court and local courts.  

Charissa is a member of Resolution, an organisation promoting a constructive approach to family law and encouraging improvements within the family legal system.
